The Social Compact

50% of net profits go to community causes chosen by the people who make the music. Not a promise. A binding commitment under Scots law. Every song, every sale, every venture that carries the Finn Moray name.

This is the founding document of Finn Moray. It covers AON: THE CALL, AON: THE GATHERING, A Good Path, and every future project. One compact. One standard.

From Purchase to Community

You buy music, merchandise, or donate

CD, vinyl, digital download, merch, or a direct donation. Any purchase from any Finn Moray venture.

We calculate net profit

Total income minus verifiable costs for production, delivery, and administration. No hidden deductions.

The Allocation Board decides

The Finn Moray Social Compact Allocation Board meets annually to determine how the community 50% is distributed. Funds are directed to the towns linked to each song, with charities nominated by participants. The leadership team may also make smaller CSR donations on a case-by-case basis throughout the year.

50% sustains the project

Funds future production, featured artist shares, and enables growth. The compact protects the community share. It cannot be reduced.

The Living Ledger

Not promises. Receipts. This is a dated record of what has been given, to whom, and when. Updated as the project grows.
