CEO, SEO & Founder of Finn Moray

David Sheret

David is the creative force and driving vision behind Finn Moray. A career built in offshore energy and consultancy in Aberdeen gave him the commercial discipline; a lifelong love of music and Scottish culture gave him the purpose. In early 2025, David founded Finn Moray as a Social Compact music project — one that would return value to the communities it draws from. He leads the creative direction, artist relationships, and the strategic rollout of the project across Scotland.

Graeme Wood

Graeme brings decades of senior leadership experience to the Finn Moray group. As Executive Chairman of SEO, he provides strategic oversight, governance, and commercial guidance across all operations.
