Accessibility Statement

Finn Moray is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML throughout the site for screen reader compatibility
  • Descriptive alt text on all images
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios across all text and backgrounds
  • Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
  • Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
  • ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
  • Structured headings for logical content hierarchy

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve any issues. In particular:

  • Some third-party embedded content (such as YouTube videos and Spotify players) may have their own accessibility limitations
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully screen reader compatible
